Amy Leis, PhD, CFP®

As the Founder of Juno Wealth Management, Amy Leis, PhD, CFP®, provides financial planning and investment advice to families and business owners. Her specialization is in Sudden Wealth including inheritance, divorce, legal settlements, sales of business, and first generation wealth. 

 

In addition to a PhD in Educational Psychology from Temple University, Amy holds the following credentials:

•           Insurance Licensed,

•           Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®, College for Financial Planning

•           Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, College for Financial Planning

•           Certified Financial Planner™, Certified Financial Planning Board

The CFP® is the highest credential in the financial planning industry and Amy is proud to be one of the few financial advisors in the country with both a CFP® and PhD.

Amy believes strongly in serving the community. To that end she volunteers as the Grants Finance Chair for Impact100 South Jersey, a women’s collective giving organization. She is the Scholarship Chair for Moorestown Rotary, the Vice President of the Board for Perkins Center for the Arts, and the Chair of the South Jersey chapter of Women Owned Law. Professionally, she is a member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of South Jersey. 

A resident of Moorestown, NJ, in her spare time Amy enjoys golfing and traveling with her husband Kevin and their daughter, Zoe.

 

Mandy Cavanaugh

Mandy Cavanaugh is the Administrative Assistant at Juno Wealth Management, where she is responsible for back office admin including processing client paperwork, data maintenance, operations, and funds transfers.

Mandy has a strong rapport with clients. In addition, she has completed several training courses through Schwab Advisor University®, an achievement made possible by her dedication to continual education.

Prior to joining Juno Wealth Management, Mandy worked in customer service at a resort in North Carolina. While there, she achieved a profit for three straight years by cutting costs and driving different types of memberships for the local community. She was also recognized as an employee of the month and a nominee for leader of the year. Mandy also works for a digital archiver and as a seasonal tax associate for HR Block.

A graduate from Western Carolina University, Mandy holds a degree in Sports Management. When not hard at work doing administrative tasks, she enjoys reading, travelling and attending as many Phillies games as possible with her son, Gabriel.

 

Jamal L. Mahmood

Jamal L. Mahmood, CFP®, CLU®, CLTC®, RICP® is the Director of Insurance and Annuity Planning for Juno Wealth Management. In this capacity, he works with the firm’s lead advisors and their clients to assess their insurance needs and existing insurance portfolios, and recommend changes that augment their financial planning and wealth management strategies.

Through Jamal’s brokerage relationships with several large insurance companies and general agencies, Juno is able to leverage a vast number of resources and risk management strategies that can significantly enhance clients’ financial security. 

Jamal has worked with clients in financial services for over 20 years, including 11 years as an advisor with Northwestern Mutual Life, one of the largest insurers in the country. He is licensed in both Life and Health and Property and Casualty in Georgia, New Jersey and several other states. He has attained advanced credentials in the areas of life insurance (Chartered Life Underwriter), long-term care insurance (CLTC), and retirement income planning (RICP). He teaches the course on “Insurance and Risk Management” for the Bryant University CFP® program.

Jamal obtained his BA from the University of Richmond in Virginia. He is active with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as his troop’s merit badge counselor in the area of financial literacy. In his spare time, Jamal is a civil celebrant and wedding officiant. He and his wife Hannah live in Essex County, NJ.

 

Brett R. Danko

CFP®, CRPC® Partner - President of Financial Planning

Brett R. Danko, CFP®, CRPC® has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years and is a featured nationwide lecturer on matters of personal finance. He is regularly called upon by the financial services industry to provide financial planning training to top tier financial advisors and to consult on complex planning issues affecting their clients.

Brett is the Founder and Managing Partner of Main Street Financial Solutions, LLC, specializing in financial planning and asset management. In that capacity, he helps the firm’s clients address their complex financial planning and investment situations. In addition, Brett is a dynamic speaker with the ability to deliver complex information to professionals and clients in an easily understandable way. He teaches all the required CFP® Certification Education Courses (Financial Planning, Insurance, Investments, Income Tax, Retirement and Estate) and CFP® Board Certification Examination Prep Courses throughout the United States. He also provides classroom continuing education to industry professionals. Brett is a regular speaker at key client events where he presents on emerging and hot topics in the financial planning arena.

Brett grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Lawrenceville, NJ with his wife and two children.
